Anna’s love for entertaining guests started back in high school when she would host dinner parties, yes dinner parties. Later, as a travel coordinator for film and television, she developed a knowledge of luxe hotels up and down the east coast, and what made one stand out from another: service. Anna then found herself heading up the sales team at Ace Hotel Pittsburgh, working with some of the best in the industry. She has gathered them all once again at Hideaway Co.
Raised in Pittsburgh, Brian moved to California after college, eventually taking the helm at award-winning institutions Mille Fleurs, Bertrand at Mister A’s, Gary Danko, and Chef Bradley Ogden’s Arterra. After returning to Pittsburgh, Brian teamed with Rick Stern in 2009 to form S+P Restaurant Group. The group offers some of Pittsburgh’s top dining destinations including Spoon, BRGR and Willow. He has been honored with Pittsburgh Magazine’s Chef of the Year in 2012 and 2014, as well as the publication’s Rising Star Chef in 2011.
Michael has become a staple in the restaurant scene in Pittsburgh. His knowledge of wine, spirits and food is unmatched as well as his charm. When Michael isn’t leading the charge with Hideaway Co, he’s running Brave Hospitality, consulting the next best in food and beverage.
