Do you provide towels and toiletries?

We provide towels, natural shampoo and body wash that can be used on the land. We recommend that you bring any other necessary toiletries as we do not have any for sale at the camp. We ask that guests stick to all-natural bath products so that we can keep the ecosystem in pristine condition.

What is the bathroom situation?

Each glamp site will have it’s own luxury 3 stall shower and bathroom trailer. Ten tents share each trailer. Restrooms are also available 24 hours a day in the barn.

What about dietary restrictions?

Once you make your reservation, we will be in touch to assist you in making your meal selections. At that time, please let us know if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, we will be happy to accommodate you.

Do we have to eat at the main tent?

Guests have the option of dining at our main tent with fellow glampers or you may request your meal be delivered to your tent. Guests are assigned a table by name in the main tent. That table will remain yours for the weekend. Hideaway also has a variety of snack boxes for your enjoyment between or after meals. Some options include cheese and charcuterie, breakfast pastries, cookie box, and of course, a s’mores kit.

What are bar hours?

The Hideaway Bar is located in the barn and is open from 12:00pm - 11:00pm.

Check-in and check-out times?

You’ll want to get to Hideaway for the welcome reception starting at 5PM. Check in is between  5pm – 8pm. If you think you will be arriving after 8 pm just let us know so we can make note on your reservation. Check out is by 12pm Sunday.

Do the tents have electricity?

Just like camping, there are no outlets in the tent which means no mini fridge or coffee maker. However, there are battery powered fans & lanterns with USB plugs so you can charge at least 2 cell phones. If you need a powered battery for a CPAP or medical device just let us know in advance of your stay, so that we can request one. Powered batteries are available at an additional charge.

Are the camps lit at night?

Yes, solar pathway lighting allows you to take in your 1,000 star hotel room! That’s glamping! With that being said, there are lights in the common areas, the shared bathrooms, and your tent comes with lanterns for your use inside and outside the tent. We do recommend bringing a small camping headlamp for any night hikes you may find yourself on.

Can I lock my tent?

The tents do not have locks. However, they do zip up so you can close them when you leave. We do suggest keeping all valuables such as cash, jewelry, cameras, passports, etc with you or in a locked vehicle.

How safe is camp?

Our staff is on site 24 hours a day. We are there to help make your glamping experience comfortable & safe. The staff will make evening rounds at 11:00 PM. 

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, dogs are welcome! We have a $50 fee per pet for the weekend. We ask that they are kept on a leash and the owner cleans up after them. Pets are not to be left unattended in your tent at any time.

What is your cancellation policy?

A full deposit is required upon reservation. Any reservation cancelled 21 days prior to arrival will receive their deposit back in full. Any cancelations made 20-15 days prior to arrival will receive 25% and any cancelations made 14 days or less will forfeit their full deposit. That deposit will not be applicable to future reservations.
